Justin Bieber 'Too Humble' To Give The Wanted Advice

U.K. boy band wrapped their first-ever U.S. tour Wednesday night in L.A.

<a href="/news/articles/1677891/the-wanted-band-american-tour.jhtml">The Wanted landed on U.S. shores</a> last month for their first-ever tour here in America, and what ensued was Beatlemania-like fandom. On Wednesday night, the U.K. boy band wrapped up the trek in L.A., and fans (including the Beckham family) came out in full force when they took the stage at the El Rey. <div class="player-placeholder right" id="vid:732653" width="240" height="211"></div> The five Brits couldn't believe the enthusiasm felt by the crowd, <a href="https://twitter.com/#!/thewantedmusic" target="_blank">tweeting</a> that the excitement for them was "unbelievable." Even though the tour is over, the interest in the guys has hardly waned. Their song "Glad You Came" (from their 2011 album Battleground) will be <a href="/news/articles/1678650/glee-the-wanted-glad-you-came.jhtml">featured on "Glee"</a> this season and continues to climb the charts and gain radio play. The guys are prepared for all the attention: Touring with Justin Bieber has shown them what it's like to become an international pop sensation. So what kind of advice has the Biebs given them? "I think he's too humble for that, in that way. ... He's not someone that really gives advice, because I think he just appreciates what happens to him rather than thinks he's God," Max George told MTV News. "And so, I mean, we don't really talk music. When we speak to him, it's more we talk about football or basketball." Bandmate Jay McGuiness added: "I think he knows that we know how to do what we want to do in the same way that we could never tell him how to do what he does, 'cause he does it a lot better than we ever could." The Wanted will head back home to their native U.K. to kick off an arena tour that will run through March. They are also up for Best British Single at the Brit Awards this month for "Glad." Chris Brown Accused of iPhone Snatching

Making headlines once again, but not for his musical talent, Chris Brown has been accused of snatching an iPhone out of its owner?s hand and driving off with it in Miami, FL.

A rep for the Miami Beach PD told TMZ that, when 24-year-old Christal Spann attempted to snap a picture of the ?Kiss Kiss? singer and rapper Tyga as they left Cameo nightclub, Brown angrily grabbed the phone and snarled, ?B***h, you?re not gonna put that on the Internet.?

According to the official police report, Chris then rolled up the window of his Bentley and drove off with the mobile device.

The incident is currently being investigated and, if the famous musician is arrested because of it, he could be thrown in jail due to the fact that he's still on probation for the infamous Rihanna beating.

Justin Bieber Tweets New Music Release Dates

He?s a constant source of fresh music, and Justin Bieber has some new tunes on deck for the months ahead.

The ?Never Say Never? singer will be releasing two new singles, the first of which is a collaboration with Far East Movement and LMFAO.

Producer RedOne told press, "I did a few songs with Far East Movement, and one of the songs ... to me, it's a smash. And Justin sang the chorus. It's a really good song, and I think people are gonna dance like crazy to it."

As for the lead track from his forthcoming album Believe, Justin tweeted, "And u guys keep asking. so yeah. my single is NEXT MONTH>#BELIEVE."

Deck the halls! The holiday kicked into high gear Wednesday night (November 30) when New York's massive Christmas tree was lit during "Christmas in Rockefeller Center." Plenty of A-listers were on hand, including Justin Bieber, who premiered his highly anticipated <a href="/news/articles/1673689/justin-bieber-mariah-carey-christmas-video.jhtml">video for "All I Want for Christmas Is You,"</a> featuring Mariah Carey. <div class="player-placeholder right" id="vid:715720" width="240" height="211"></div> Before the strings of lights were illuminated, performances from Michael Bublé, Katharine McPhee, Big Time Rush, Tony Bennett, Carole King and Neil Diamond warmed viewers up. But Bieber was the headline act of the night, giving fans some big performances and an even bigger video premiere. Bieber amped up the energy with his hip-hop-ified take on the Christmas classic <a href="/news/articles/1673334/justin-bieber-mariah-carey-christmas-song.jhtml">"Little Drummer Boy,"</a> which included him spitting a holiday-themed rhyme. Decked in all black, the teen star had the crowd screaming. He was even joined by Busta Rhymes, who appears on the Under the Mistletoe cut. JB then slowed things down with <a href="/news/articles/1673032/justin-bieber-usher-christmas-song.jhtml">"The Christmas Song (Chestnuts Roasting on an Open Fire),"</a> leaving his female fans swooning as he crooned the holiday standard. He was joined by his mentor Usher for the track. "God bless and Merry Christmas," Bieber told the crowd before tossing to the "All I Want for Christmas Is You" video. The clip features Mariah Carey dressed in a sexy Santa Claus outfit standing in a department store as she dances around singing the track, almost as if she's on display for holiday shoppers. It also sees Bieber and his pals shopping for some choice holiday gifts like high-top kicks. In between performance shots of Bieber and Mariah, a street-corner Santa Claus hands out envelopes to shoppers on the street, teasing an inevitable yuletide party scene. The shoppers are then welcomed into the department store, where Justin and Mariah hand out gifts to everyone. The duo tease and flirt with each other as everyone around them unwraps their gifts. Bieber and Carey re-recorded her classic holiday tune for his chart-topping holiday album, which also features appearances from the Band Perry and Boyz II Men. LOS ANGELES — <a href="/music/artist/spears_britney/artist.jhtml">Britney Spears</a> makes headlines at concerts, even when she's not performing. That's probably why Los Angeles radio station KIIS FM tapped the pop princess to guest-host their annual Wango Tango music festival along with Ryan Seacrest on Saturday night at the Staples Center. <div class="player-placeholder right" id="vid:652696" width="240" height="211"></div> The bill was a balance of pop and hip-hop, with acts like Ke$ha, Jennifer Lopez, Pitbull, Ne-Yo, Selena Gomez, "Glee" 's Matthew Morrison, Lupe Fiasco, T-Pain, Jason Derülo, Far East Movement, New Boyz, Cobra Starship and newcomer Cody Simpson. Backstage, the media room went into a frenzy when Spears arrived in a red, geometric-print dress and a beaming smile. Owning her "femme fatale" moniker, Spears worked the carpet for a few moments while all of the cameras in the room were pointing at her. "That would have to include me finding her and attacking her," Ke$ha told MTV News, with the best intentions. "I'm planning on pouncing her." While that never happened, at least not onstage, Ke$ha delivered on her promise of a set heavy on her glitter gun. And she assured us she knew the dos and don'ts of handling that kind of firepower. "Do not spray yourself in the face with it," she said. "Do spray everybody else with it. That's pretty much it." While Joe Jonas wasn't performing at the show, he took a break from recording his solo debut to catch up with almost everyone backstage. "I didn't see Britney backstage, just said 'hello' to a couple of my friends," Jonas said. "Backstage is always [full of] people, especially having it at the Staples Center this time, I think compared to all the way out in the desert, it changes everything." Also happy to have Wango Tango in Los Angeles were locals Far East Movement. "Man, we grew up literally a few blocks away from here, and you can only imagine basketball games being played here," Kev Nish said. "So to come in here as performers, to be able to do our songs in this arena is a little crazy. We used to pass out CDs a few blocks [away], so we're very thankful. A rumored set list for the January 24 "Glee" Michael Jackson tribute episode has hit the Web, and it features some of the late singer's greatest hits. <a href="http://perezhilton.com/2011-12-27-glee-michael-jackson-tribute-episode-setlist#.TvoRm0rkk7A" target="_blank">Perez Hilton</a> reports that 14 tracks have made the final cut, although the list has yet to be confirmed by anyone connected with the show. <div class="player-placeholder right" id="vid:549513.id:1645343" width="240" height="211"></div> The set list (along with who will perform the track) reportedly includes "Wanna Be Startin' Somethin' " (Blaine), "Bad" (the New Directions and the Warblers), "I Just Can't Stop Loving You" (Finn and Rachel), "Smooth Criminal" (Santana and Sebastian), "Never Can Say Goodbye" (Quinn), "In the Closet" (Brittany and Santana), "We Are the World" (the New Directions and the Warblers), "Black and White" (Puck), "Ghost"/"Monster" (New Directions), "Beat It"/"Billie Jean" (Warblers), "The Way You Make Me Feel" (Kurt) and "Don't Stop 'Til You Get Enough" (Artie). This is hardly the first time the show has paid homage to Jackson. Back in 2010, the <a href="/news/articles/1657395/glee-thriller.jhtml">New Directions performed his track "Thriller,"</a> complete with zombie garb, during an episode that aired after the Super Bowl. The show has also previously covered "P.Y.T. (Pretty Young Thing)" and "Man in the Mirror." Back in 2010, the cast of the hit Fox show had only imagined what it would be like to have an entire <a href="http://hollywoodcrush.mtv.com/2010/08/09/glee-michael-jackson/">episode dedicated to Jackson</a>. "I would love to do a Michael Jackson episode," Amber Riley told MTV News at the time. "You know, it's so many [songs that I love], but my favorite song by him is 'Human Nature.' I love that song." While Riley seemed psyched about the opportunity, castmate Jenna Ushkowitz found the possibility a little more daunting. "That's a scary, scary episode to do," she said. On Thursday, we treated our fellow "Hunger Games" fans to a fun and candid discussion with star Wes Bentley about his character's curiously shaped beard and how its unique design and personality enhanced Bentley's performance in the film as game master Seneca Crane.

Now we have yet another snippet from that interview, in which we tackle some more serious issues, like what secretive scenes Bentley was most excited to film, as well as what kind of Seneca Crane we'll see on the big screen come opening day, March 23.

"It was all of it for me," Bentley told MTV News about what scenes he was most eager to film. "I was curious to get on set and see what was going on. It was secret for everybody, so to get on and see what the look was and how it was feeling, I was excited to be a part of it every day."

The "American Beauty" actor admitted that because author Suzanne Collins doesn't provide a meaty character arc for Crane, he wasn't exactly sure how they were going to interpret him for the film.

"For anyone who reads the books, he's not mentioned much in the books, mostly because it's told from Katniss' first-person perspective, so I had no idea what kind of angle we were going to take on it, and I really didn't have an idea until I got to set," Bentley said. "[Director] Gary [Ross] had such a clear idea of it that it made it easy to dig into."

Bentley was hesitant to describe his version of Crane in detail, but after a bit of prodding, he did reveal that he took a few cues from his experiences in Hollywood to flesh out Crane's persona a bit.

"The idea of him was a flashier idea than what you would think. He's more a flashy producer," Bentley said. "I'm still a tech-y kind of guy, still a producer at heart, so I used my understanding of show business and sort of magnified that to get a clear-cut vision of Seneca.

"He goes big. He's all about the show," he added about Crane's all-for-the-sake-of-the-Games showmanship. "I went as far as I could without [going over the top], but what he's about in his show is flashy, his look is very flashy, but he still tried to play it like he's a cool cat."

I went to the premiere on Tuesday and it was the coolest thing ever. First, the movie is AMAZING and Chris Evans is a superstar. Second, there were so many damn people there it was insane. I have been to movie premieres in New York before and they were nothing like this. I mean, they closed down Hollywood Boulevard. I would've taken photos to show you, but the invite said to leave phones in the car. But here's a photo of me in my cool Captain America 3D glasses:

'Avengers' Assembles At Toy Fair

MTV News got hip-deep in action figures, accessories and more at the Hasbro showroom.

NEW YORK — Covering film, television and comic books in the geek-space comes with its fair share of perks. Free screenings, interviews with the stars — it's not a bad life. But of everything, there's nothing that reverts a professional nerd to their 12-year-old fanboy self quite like a trip to Toy Fair, the New York-based festival featuring more action figures, accessories and board games than any reasonable person could ever need.

I suppose that I am not a reasonable person, then, because I found myself craving nearly every toy I saw featured at Hasbro's showroom in the basement of Manhattan's TimesCenter. It doesn't hurt that Hasbro is responsible for the collectibles behind some of 2012's most anticipated flicks, of course: "Avengers," "The Amazing Spider-Man," "Battleship" and "G.I. Joe: Retaliation" are among the movies Hasbro is connected to, and we saw a whole bunch of movie-related goodies as a result.

You can preview the toys for yourself in the video below, and keep reading for some of our favorites.

» Earth's Mightiest Heroes are flying your way this summer, and they're flying in style. Hasbro's upcoming "Avengers" S.H.I.E.L.D. Helicarrier is a breathtaking vehicle to behold, big enough to fit the full action-figure lineup with plenty of space left over. There's even enough room for a Quinjet to land, which itself is not of inconsiderable size.

» In other "Avengers" awesomeness, the role-playing items are where it's at in 2012. Those foam Hulk hands you've had for years are out of date by now, so why not upgrade your equipment with a pair of the Jade Giant's "Avengers" modeled mitts? Even better, Hawkeye finally proves his usefulness to the "Avengers" roster with a Nerf bow that's bound to drive your enemies nuts — and by enemies, I mean your roommates.

» Captain America and the gang aren't keeping all the fun to themselves. Spider-Man was right there with them at Toy Fair, featuring all sorts of web-slinging action of all shapes and sizes. It's really better to see these toys in action than to read about them, so click our video and see what Hasbro's cooking up for your friendly neighborhood toy-collecting needs.

» "Battleship" and "G.I. Joe: Retaliation" are two of the other big movie-related toy lines coming up from Hasbro. With the former, a new version of the classic board game is on its way that allows players to control an alien armada for the first time in the franchise's history. With "Retaliation," the accuracy between the forthcoming action figures and their flesh-and-blood actor counterparts is so stunning that it even caused actors D.J. <a href="http://www.mtv.com/music/artist/rihanna/artist.jhtml">Rihanna</a> and <a href="http://www.mtv.com/music/artist/usher/artist.jhtml">Usher</a> have been added to the performance lineup for "The <a href="/news/articles/1673138/lady-gaga-grammy-nominations-concert.jhtml">Grammy Nominations Concert Live!</a> Countdown to Music's Biggest Night," set to go down November 30. They join already announced acts Lady Gaga, Ludacris, Lupe Fiasco, Sugarland and Jason Aldean. Country crossover act the Band Perry will perform a full concert of their own after the <a href="http://www.mtv.com/news/grammys">Grammy</a> nominations concert wraps up at L.A. Live's Nokia Theatre. LL Cool J will again host the show, which will air at 10 p.m. on CBS, <a href="http://www.billboard.com/news/rihanna-band-perry-usher-added-to-grammy-1005529002.story#/news/rihanna-band-perry-usher-added-to-grammy-1005529002.story" target="_blank">Billboard.com reports</a>. This marks the fourth year the Recording Academy had held one of these concerts. As some of music's biggest names take the stage during the special, the nominations for major Grammy categories will be announced. The awards ceremony will go down February 12 at the Staples Center, and will air live at 8 p.m. Over the course of her career, Rihanna has taken home four Grammy Awards including Best Rap/Sung Collaboration for "Umbrella," two trophies for "Run This Town" (including Best Rap Song and Best Rap/Sung Collaboration) and Best Dance Recording for "Only Girl (In the World)." Rihanna is currently riding high on the forthcoming release of her new album, <a href="/news/articles/1674237/rihanna-talk-that-talk-watch-learn-hit-boy.jhtml">Talk That Talk</a>, and two buzzworthy singles, "We Found Love" and "You Da One." In the thirteen years he's been nominated for Grammys, Usher has amassed seven, including wins for Best R&B Vocal Performance Male for "U Remind Me," Best R&B Vocal Performance Male for "U Don't Have To Call," Best Rap/Sung Collaboration for "Yeah," Best Contemporary R&B Album for Confessions, Best R&B Vocal Performance By a Duo/Group for "My Boo," Best Male R&B Vocal Performance for "There Goes My Baby" as well as Best Contemporary R&B Album for Raymond v. Nicki Minaj Blazes Into #4 Hottest MC Spot

Young Money Barbie had that 'Super Bass,' conquering pop and rap landscapes to land on Hottest MCs in the Game list.

A few months before the release of his My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy, Kanye West took to Hot 97's Angie Martinez-hosted radio show to promote his G.O.O.D. Friday series, but also to make a seemingly odd proclamation. "The scariest artist in the game right now ... the scariest artist is definitely Nicki Minaj," West said. "I think she has the most potential out of everyone to be the #2 rapper of all time."

While we won't even wade into a "hottest MCs of all time" debate, MTV News' Hip-Hop Brain Trust eventually voted Nicki into the plum #4 spot on the Hottest MCs in the Game VII list.

In the summer of 2010, Minaj was the acid-tongued "two" to Drake's "one" in Lil Wayne's Young Money one-two punch. With her debut album still on the way, she was murdering features left and right.

"When she hit the scene, she was just like the pretty girl alongside Wayne," said Rahman Dukes, MTV News' director of hip-hop news. "Drake was really the next one that everyone was looking out for."

But by the time she dropped her Pink Friday debut last November, the world was on notice. Now, Nicki's success spans the pop and hip-hop worlds, and her fanbase is just as eclectic, with young girls and "Kens" all riding for the Young Money Barbie. Minaj's song "Super Bass" was just a bonus track on the album, but it won over fans including squeaky-clean Taylor Swift and Selena Gomez, both of whom jumped on the record, rapping along line for line to the infectious track. "Bass" may have even helped Nicki score a spot opening for Britney Spears on her Femme Fatale Tour.

As far as our Hottest MCs criteria, Nicki meets them all. Her impact is undeniable and, lyrically, she holds her own when she's playing with the boys: She stole the show on Big Sean's "Dance (A$$)" remix and declared herself the Female Weezy on Birdman's "Y.U. Mad." Need more proof? Minaj shut down New York Fashion Week in September 2011. And she has conquered hip-hop's digital landscape.

"Recently, she broke the record for the most followed hip-hop artist on Twitter; her social media following is incredible," said Nadeska Alexis, MTV's RapFix blog editor. "She dropped the song 'Stupid Hoe' — people didn't necessarily love the song [but] a week later it's at 15 million views on YouTube."

While her songs may not always appeal to "the streets," millions of her fans have bought into Nicki's sound. And her performance at the 2012 Grammys, while controversial, was a huge honor and a testament to the lane she's carved for herself.

After the roundtable votes were tallied, Nicki was initially slotted at #5 with Young Money boss Wayne clocking in at #4, but several members of the Brain Trust felt strongly enough about Nicki's accomplishments that her position warranted a second look. Hottest MCs moderator Sway Calloway called for a vote and in the end, six of the nine experts elected to move Nicki up to the #4 spot, sending Weezy down to #5.

"Nicki Minaj doesn't have to be Meek Mill, but at the same time she's not Britney Spears," said Steven Roberts, a segment producer/writer at MTV News. "I think Nicki Minaj is something special where she can be in the middle and she can be pop and hip-hop because I think hip-hop at this point is pop."

Coldplay, Led Zeppelin Album Covers Featured On New British Stamps

On Thursday (January 7), the U.K.'s Royal Mail unveiled a series of 10 new stamps, honoring the most iconic album covers of the past 40 years. The albums featured in the new series are the <a href="/music/artist/rolling_stones/artist.jhtml">Rolling Stones</a>' Let It Bleed, <a href="/music/artist/led_zeppelin/artist.jhtml">Led Zeppelin</a>'s IV, <a href="/music/artist/bowie_david/artist.jhtml">David Bowie</a>'s The Rise and Fall of Ziggy Stardust and the Spiders From Mars, <a href="/music/artist/mike_oldfield/artist.jhtml">Mike Oldfield</a>'s Tubular Bells, <a href="/music/artist/clash/artist.jhtml">The Clash</a>'s London Calling, <a href="/music/artist/new_order/artist.jhtml">New Order</a>'s Power, Corruption and Lies, <a href="/music/artist/primal_scream/artist.jhtml">Primal Scream</a>'s Screamadelica, <a href="/music/artist/pink_floyd/artist.jhtml">Pink Floyd</a>'s The Division Bell, <a href="/music/artist/blur/artist.jhtml">Blur</a>'s Parklife and — the most recent album on to make the cut — <a href="/music/artist/coldplay/artist.jhtml">Coldplay</a>'s A Rush of Blood to the Head. Meant to honor "the most potent graphic images of modern times, many of which have provided a visual soundtrack to people's lives," the series is the end result of a lengthy research process by the Royal Mail, who looked through thousands of album covers by British artists before deciding on the final list. And, during a Wednesday night BBC Radio broadcast, it was revealed that the queen herself actually approved each design. Led Zeppelin guitarist Jimmy Page — who helped design the cover for IV — was on hand to celebrate the release of the stamps and recalled the mysterious nature of the album's iconic imagery. "Almost 40 years after the album came out, nobody knows the old man who featured on the cover, nor the artist who painted him," he said. "That sort of sums up what we wanted to achieve with the album cover, which has remained both anonymous and enigmatic at the same time." Of course, any great honor is befitting of an equally great contest, so, on the same day the stamps were made available to the general public, Coldplay decided to give one of their Rush of Blood stamps away. In a message on their official site, the band held a contest to send one lucky fan "a letter using a Coldplay stamp, postmarked with today's issue date." "We visited our local post office earlier today and bought some of the Coldplay stamps," the message read. "Very nice they are too."
